Office Hours - 2 Steps
1. To add office hours for the first time click the Office Hours+ button to open the Office Hours entry dialog box. To edit office hours, click the yellow pencil icon.
2. Enter information for the items with green arrows below:
- When - You may click Include Days and Times and use the boxes for Days, Start Time and End Time OR you can type the days and times yourself as text in the When box.
- Location -
- For in-person office hours, include campus, building, and room number.
- For online office hours, put "Online" or "Via Zoom" in the Location field. Don't put a link - it won't work. Instead, put it in Notes.
- Notes - For online office hours, put the link here (remember to make it a hyperlink).
- Click Save.
