• Enter goals and student expectations. Goals can be adapted from the appropriate program outcomes from the course outline or from the general education requirements in the Catalog.  Here is an example entry for a mathematics class:

Goals – Students will:

1. Increase their algebraic and critical thinking skills.
2. Use mathematics to solve problems in a variety of areas.

Students are expected to:

1. Arrive on time and stay for the entire class period.
2. Read the appropriate sections of the textbook, work the examples, and try a few practice problems prior to each class.
3. Bring the textbook, pencils, paper, and a calculator to each class.
4. Complete all assessments as assigned or when scheduled.
