Best Practices for Participants
For the best experience possible:
- Find a quiet location from which to join your session, and make sure you have a decent Internet connection or strong Wi-Fi signal.
- Log into the session using your first and last name so that your attendance can be properly recorded.
- Join a session a few minutes early to test your audio and video connections.
- Use a headset or earbuds instead of speakers and a microphone for better sound quality.
- Mute your audio unless you are speaking to prevent unintentional background noise from disrupting the presentation
