The best way to start learning about AI is using it yourself! The resources provided here are just to get you started. I haven't vetted them all myself (that would be impossible!) but encourage you to explore.

Of course, while you play with these tools, please be mindful of the information you supply them - it all serves as learning material for the applications. Also remember, all existing data privacy and intellectual property laws & policies must be obeyed.

Created by two professors, "Professors at Play and Publications at Play present a fun introduction to artificial intelligence in the classroom. The Faculty Guide to Getting Started with Gen AI

AI Days 2023
From the University of Florida - "AI Days 2023 was a week of activities dedicated to all things AI, from competitions designed to bring students’ ideas to life...to engaging panels discussing AI and data science. Three student competitions featured $60,000 in prizes, and more than 70 panelists led discussions during the week's events." 15 videos of panel presentations from the event are available on this site.
TRAIIL - Teaching Repository for AI-Infused Learning
Maintained by UCF, "Our mission [for TRAIIL] is to curate a collection of openly licensed, peer-reviewed strategies that utilize generative AI tools to support learning in higher education. The intention is that any faculty member, specialist, librarian, or other professional may contribute strategies that feature AI-infused learning, as well as adopt or adapt strategies contributed by others for use in their own unique educational contexts."
