Greetings, SJR State faculty and staff!
It is my pleasure to welcome you to St. Johns River State College’s tenth annual Professional Development Institute. That we have not only continued the Professional Development Institute but see it grow over the years, especially considering recent challenges, is a testament to the hard work and dedication to each of you who make this day a success. You should be proud, as I am, to mark this occasion.
Our program today includes sessions that reach across all departments, disciplines, and areas of the College. Sessions range from academics to personal health and well-being, customer service to technology. I am sure that, like me, you’ll find a diverse mix of presentations that pique your interest and enrich your life. To those that are giving of their time and talents today hosting a professional development session, I offer my sincere thanks and appreciation.
Each year, I look forward to this event and to learning from you, my colleagues. I am confident that we will all find today’s activities to be both fun and informative. I look forward to sharing the day with you.
