This session revisits the fundamental principles and provisions of Title IX, offering updated insights and exploring advanced scenarios. Participants will engage with case studies, interactive discussions, and discussion of updated regulations. Our objectives are to empower attendees to identify, address, and prevent sexual misconduct and discrimination.
