The Human Firewall
Regardless of our job role, threat actors are attempting to use us to compromise SJR State. Through a combination of brief videos, discussion of recent actual SJR State security incidents and stats, and Q&A, participants will learn not only about the threat but also about the tools IT uses to protect users and make it easier for us to identify what is real and what is malicious. Appropriate protocols for both email and PII data will be discussed, as will coming IT-security related changes including multi-factor authentication.
