Math Isn’t a Spectator Sport: Merging Engagement with Technology
The best way to learn math is to do it. This is a driving force in how we have adjusted our classes to put a focus on students practicing and working on the material. In this presentation we’ll be looking at some of the technology that has helped us in this endeavor. One of the focuses of this presentation will be how we use features of commonly used software in the classroom. We will also be covering the hardware that we use with special consideration to how we use Android and Apple tablets with compatible pens to enhance our instruction.
