Let’s Avoid THAT Like the Plague!
Discussing topics that are highly sensitive can be uncomfortable for all people involved. In this session, we will discuss (and share) strategies that allow for an open, safe environment where opinions matter and respect is maintained. Examining topics that need to be discussed help us understand each other and the world around us. By having participants share their experiences and even some of their opinions, we will examine tools we can all use in being people who are open, honest and comfortable with uncomfortable issues.
