The session will introduce current and upcoming means of requesting I.T. service or assistance. The I.T. Helpdesk team will be presenting previews of in-development tools for self-help, documentation, and requesting service through a variety of means and tools to best fit the needs of an end-user. The session will include participation of the attendees for providing examples, answering questions, and providing feedback on current and future I.T. Helpdesk communications.
