Employee Engagement Town Hall Meeting

In this Town Hall meeting, AVP for Human Resources, Chuck Romer, and President Joe Pickens discuss the recommendations of the employee engagement work group. The employee engagement work group was formed with representation from Career Service, Professional Support, and Administrative employees to further explore and recommend revisions to College policy, procedure, and practice related to SJR State non-bargaining unit employees' working conditions. The work group met throughout the Spring and recommended priorities to the administration for consideration.
