SJR State's Instructional Design staff will be in L-116 after Convocation until 5:00 for in-person help.
Dr. Escoto currently serves as the University of Florida’s (UF) interim vice president of Health and Wellbeing within the Division of Student Life. In this role, he supports the Campus Assistance & Resources for Empowerment office within the Dean of Students, Counseling and Wellness Center, where he serves as executive director, Disability Resource Center, and GatorWell Health Promotion Services. In his previous roles, he served as director of the Counseling Center at the University of Miami and associate director/director of clinical services at the Counseling and Consultation Service at The Ohio State University. Dr. Escoto earned a PhD in Counseling Psychology from New Mexico State University and completed a doctoral internship in psychology at the University of California, Berkely. He enjoys spending time at home with his spouse, Luz Maria, and their two Irish Doodles, Tucson and Berlin. He and his spouse enjoying running 10Ks and half-marathons as well as tent camping in northern Georgia.
